- Critical's financials show a 40% increase over 2007's turnover figures.

- Gonçalo Quadros, Critical’s CEO is the «Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year 2006».

- 2005
- Critical awarded NATO AQAP 2110 and AQAP 150 certification.
- Critical Links, a wholly owned subsidiary of Critical, holds the worldwide launch of the award-winning edgeBOX, an innovative and cost-effective networking device providing complete converged voice and data network services for SME’s and branch offices.

- Critical opens UK subsidiary in London.

- The ISO 9001:2000 TickIT certification project begins.
- Critical releases WMPI II, the first commercial MPI v2 for windows clusters.
- Critical opens new offices in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Critical is selected as a case study by the Portuguese Investment Agency.

- International business is bigger than domestic in the annual turnover
- Critical releases a commercial implementation of CoreCompetence.

- 1998
- Critical is awarded the Best Business Plan overall by the Portuguese National Association for Young Entrepreneurs.
- Critical closes its first customer contract with the Portuguese pulp&paper company Soporcel.
- The company was founded and started operations in Coimbra’s IPN incubator.
