NP 4457
The NP 4457:2007 (Portuguese Norm for Research, Development and Innovation) specifies the requirements for a R&D and Innovation Management System in order to help organizations develop and implement a RDI policy aiming at the increase of efficiency and effectiveness within an innovation context.
All requirements of the norm are applicable to an organization with R&D activities, regardless of its size, complexity and business sector. The NP 4457 norm is applicable to any type of innovation: products (goods and services); processes; organization; and marketing; or even a combination of these.
