The main objective of Critical's QMS is to define effective and efficient processes and practices for its project teams therefore ensuring customer requirements and expectations are satisfied by the end product or service.

The QMS is committed to continuous improvement throughout all projects’ life cycles. Customers' and workers' feedback is carefully considered in order to provide increasing levels of satisfaction.

 

Artefacts such as process/procedures definitions, guidebooks, checklists, templates, etc., plus a set of 3rd party and in-house developed tools, support the QMS demands allowing our teams to be more consistent and effective.
